A COMPREHENSIVE ambulatory surgery centre with capabilities for Surgery and Radiology diagnosis. Located on Freedom Way, Lekki Phase 1, the building is organised so all patient facing and public facilities are accessed via the public core and all staff and medical facilities are accessed via the service core. This serves as a clear strategy for way-finding. The building is a total of 3,500 m2 with 2,400m2 of Surgery and Radiology services with 1,000m2 for future expansion. As operations grow in the centre the third floor is designed for flexibility and expansion into a research or clinical space. Studio, private rooms and 4-Bed wards are provided for patients to stay while they receive treatmen.
