Evercare Hospital is A COMPREHENSIVE multi-specialist hospital with capabilities for Surgery, renal care, obstetrics & gynaecology, oncology amongst others. The 16,600m2 hospital is located on Admiralty Road, Lekki Phase 1. The new complex was built upon an existing building. 2 new floors were added on the previous building creating the main Hospital Building. A separate building which houses parking and services for the main building was also built. The hospital is designed to deliver efficient, leading-edge care in a welcoming, and healing environment, and balances a sense of community with private space. A mixture of private 1 bedrooms and multi-bed wards are provided for patients to stay while they receive treatment. Design and construction was co-ordinated between teams in Lagos, India and South Africa. Special counsel was required to meet the requirements of the multiple specialist equipment provided. The $45 Million project is was completed in July 2020.
