Casino Heights leads the way in the nascent Historic Preservation Movement of Nigeria. It is a 10-storey apartment block covering a 1,050m2 footprint. This project includes 38 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments of up to 180m2, 70 parking pays, and a Gym. It crucially preserves the façade of the old Casino Cinema. The Casino was once a bustling hive of activity and was the only building that was damaged by Biafran forces during the Nigerian Civil War. It contributes to the fabric and history of our society which is often at risk due to the rapid urbanisation of Lagos.
